訂購流程 –
- 如欲訂購新型冠狀病毒核酸分子篩查服務, 請填妥登記表格包括提供客戶個人資料
- 遞交登記表格之後, 請聯絡我們 (+852) 2108 2142 安排付款及預約服務日期。
- 完成付款程序後, 我們會儘量安排有關工作人員於第二個工作天早上送呈樣本採集棉棒及採樣管。
- 客人取得採集棉棒及採樣管後，請即到一個私人地方進行樣本採集，採樣過請於15分鐘內完成。
- 客人請參考提供的視頻採集樣本，之後把樣本棒牢牢蓋好並放回密實袋內,交回送遞專員送返實驗室處理及檢驗。

報告內容及建議只供測試者參考，如須會見醫生講解檢驗結果，請與診所護士預約。
化驗結果將由「臻博」JPA Healthcare Solution實驗室直接向測試者提供。有關資料並不會向第三方披露，所有資料絕對保密。
新型冠狀病毒核酸分子篩查檢測是由指定的第三方服務供應商「臻博」JPA Healthcare Solution (“JPA”) 提供，JPA 與CRYOLIFE跨奧臍帶血庫有限公司是兩間分開並完全獨立的機構。篩查檢測報告的準確性為JPA 的所有責任。
